Frank Smith, 99, a World War I veteran who served in the U.S. Army, died Monday in the Villa Scalabrini Home for the Aged, Northlake. He was a retired floral salesman. There are no immediate survivors. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Thursday. Funeral mass will follow at 10 a.m. at Villa Scalabrini, 480 N. Wolf Rd., Northlake.
