John M. Kink, 30, of 12002 S. Southwest Highway, Palos Park, was charged Wednesday with DUI, illegal transportation of open alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after he was involved in a rear-end accident at 127th Street and Ridgeland Avenue. He posted $100 bond.
