Woodhead Industries Inc.’s fourth-quarter profit rose 31 percent, to $2.26 million, or 32 cents a share, from $1.73 million, or 24 cents a share, a year earlier. The Northbrook-based maker of electrical components said revenues in the quarter ended Oct. 1 grew to $27.8 million from $24.2 million.
