John R. Misch, 44, of 10817 S. Troy St., Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to yield while turning left after being involved in an accident at 64th Avenue and College Drive on Friday. He was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court April 27.
