Police arrested an 11-year-old village boy on a theft charge after he allegedly was found in possession of a motorcycle reported stolen from 1316 N. Poplar Ave. The boy, who initially told police he found the motorcycle, allegedly admitted to stealing the 1980 Yamaha Friday night. The boy was charged as a juvenile and released to his parents.
