Elizabeth M. Wiebe, 30, of 2305 Bluebird Lane, Rolling Meadows, was charged Thursday with felony aggravated battery of a senior citizen for allegedly striking her father-in-law with her car during a quarrel, causing him to fall and break his collarbone and an ankle, police said. The 66-year-old victim and his wife have custody of Wiebe’s two sons, police said. Wiebe went to the 3900 block of Jay Lane on Thursday to pick up the boys when an argument broke out between her and the victim, police said. As Wiebe was leaving, she allegedly veered her 1986 Pontiac toward the victim, striking him. Her bond was set at $50,000.
