Emily Dam, 103, of Crystal Lake, died Tuesday in Crystal Pines Health Care Center in Crystal Lake. She was born in Czechoslovakia and formerly lived in Cicero. She is survived by a son, Milton; and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Friday in the lower chapel of Bohemian National Cemetery, 5255 N. Pulaski Rd., Chicago. Services will be at noon Friday at the cemetery.
