Jesse Meyer, 74, who from 1956 to 1978 owned and operated the Master Builders construction company in Wauconda, died Saturday in his home in Big Pine Key, Fla. A native of Augusta, Ga., Mr. Meyer was in the Marine Corps in World War II and was awarded a Purple Heart. Survivors include his wife, Frances; a son, James; five daughters, Nancy Melville, Jackie Charles, Peggy Meyer, Marcy Horwitz and Ginny Williams; three brothers; three sisters; and seven grandchildren.
