Amelda M. Cusack, 77, a retired secretary for the Vivitar Corp. in Schaumburg, died Sunday in Sunset Manor nursing home in Woodstock. She is survived by two sons, Bob Johnson and Bill Johnson; a brother; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Private services will be held Tuesday in Woodstock.
