Michael G. Mayfield, 50, of Burlington, Wis. and formerly of McHenry and Barrington, died Saturday in Burlington Memorial Hospital. He was employed as a technician at Alpine Valley Music Theater in Wisconsin and was a veteran of the military. He is survived by two sisters and a brother. Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday in the George R. Justen Funeral Home, 3519 W. Elm St., McHenry. Services will follow in the funeral home.
