Max Fishman, 98, the founder of Gold Medal Cleaners, died Saturday in a North Side retirement home. A native of Poland, Mr. Fishman founded the dry-cleaning chain with his brother, Sam. He is survived by his wife, Sarah, and three sons, Jerome, Edwin and Herb. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 W. Montrose Ave., Chicago.
