Developer Rodney Haggard has unveiled plans for a 74-acre retail, hotel and office complex to be built at the northwest corner of North Central Expressway and Parker Road near Dallas.
The Fairview Farms project is one of the largest mixed-use developments planned for the area since the 1980s real estate crash.
Haggard, whose family is one of the oldest land owners in Plano, said he has already contracted to sell one site in the new project to a hotel company.
