Police said they warned Nicholas K. Brown, 29, of 4142 N. Harding Ave., Chicago, to stop firing rockets over North Avenue last week and returned to arrest him at 925 W. North Ave. when he failed to take the advice, charging him with possession and discharge of fireworks.
