Police responding to a report of a person sleeping behind the Jewel store at 2229 N. Lewis Ave. on Saturday charged Michael Wallace, 18, with possession of cannabis. After being awakened by police, Wallace, of 1913 Chippewa Rd., reportedly could not stand without assistance. Wallace was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a sheet of paper reportedly perforated into 80 small sections that was sent to a laboratory to be tested for the presence of LSD, police said.
