Police arrested a 24-year-old Wheaton resident Tuesday after he was accused of attacking a 27-year-old Glendale Heights woman. Hanh M. Nguyen, of 1310 E. Roosevelt Rd., was charged with battery and resisting a peace officer after Nguyen allegedly punched and kicked the victim in the head and torso and then struggled with police officers who tried to arrest him, according to police reports.
