George Liapis, 17, of 10610 S. 81st Ct., Palos Hills, was charged with criminal defacement of property after being accused of allegedly scribbling graffiti on the rear door of an office in the 10500 block of South Roberts Road Thursday. He was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 22.
