Keith J. Ongman Sr., 38, of 688 Darlington Lane, Crystal Lake, surrendered to police Saturday on an arrest warrant issued by Sangamon County Sheriff’s Police, officers said. Ongman posted $500 bond and was released. He is scheduled to appear in Sangamon County court Feb. 6.
