Michael C. Thames, 37, a former roofer and electrician, died Wednesday in his home in McHenry. He was born in Elgin. He is survived by two daughters, Sylvia and Whitney; his parents, Lynne and Alex; and two brothers. Services will be held at noon Sunday in Skaja Bachmann Funeral Home, 7715 Northwest Hwy., Crystal Lake.
