You’ll love this new Lincoln exhibit, honestly! It’s called “The Last Best Hope of Earth: Abraham Lincoln and the Promise of America” (whew), and it’s at the Chicago Historical Society, Clark Street and North Avenue, for a year. Go and gawk at 200 rare pieces that marked the president’s life and death — everything from a math book he used as a kid to a chamber pot he used as prez to the gloves he wore the night he was killed. You’ll pay $4-$7 to see all this stuff (there’s a family limit of $15). For more info, call the Historical Society at 312-642-4600.
