Timothy P. Lucas, 21, of 11006 Lucas Rd., was arrested just after 11 p.m. Friday and charged with battery and criminal damage to property after he allegedly hit a man at a gas station at 80 N. Eastwood Drive, then tore the man’s clothing, police said. Lucas posted $200 bond and was given a court date of March 6, according to police.
