Two people were arrested last week when deputies went to 1301 S. Lloyd Ave,, near Lombard, to investigate a report of domestic trouble, police said. Tracy R. Heinekamp, 34, of 1301 S. Lloyd Ave. was charged with domestic battery and violation of an order of protection after being accused of hitting his girlfriend, and Gerald F. Joyce, 30, of 21 W. 546 Beamis Rd., Milton Township, near Glen Ellyn, was charged with obstructing a police officer, police said.
