A 27-year-old woman walking from her car to her home was the victim of a purse snatcher Tuesday night, police said. The woman got out of the car with her husband on the 400 block of Edwards Street when a man walked up to her, grabbed her purse and ran into nearby back yards, police said. The purse, which contained $200, was valued at $60.
