A 24-year-old Chicago woman was arrested last week after allegedly using a fraudulently obtained credit card to purchase clothing valued at $168 from Neiman Marcus, 6 Oakbrook Center, police said. Phaylecia A. Meeks of 5130 W. Wabansia Ave. was charged with felony forgery, police said.
