A Lake in the Hills couple have been accused of interfering with officers investigating a domestic disturbance at their home, police said. Nora Cazares, 41, of 1382 Cunat Ct., Apt. 2A, was charged with domestic battery and obstructing a peace officer Thursday, according to a police report. Robert J. Hilbert, of the same address, was charged with obstructing a peace officer for allegedly trying to prevent Cazares’ arrest, police said.
