Monica L. Anderson, 27, of 91 Saratoga Ct., South Elgin, was charged with attempted obstruction of justice and three traffic violations Sunday after police pulled her car over in the 1900 block of Randall Road. Anderson allegedly told police she was someone else during questioning, police said.
