A Fox Lake man was arrested in the 1000 block of Main Street at 3:20 a.m. Sunday and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content of .22, disobeying a traffic control device and improper lane usage, according to police. Timothy L. Hever, 28, of 60 Aspen Colony, posted $300 bond and was given a court date of May 14.
