The results of a telephone survey to determine community interest in year-round schooling in Elementary School District 62 will be revealed to the public this week.
About 400 residents were surveyed, including 300 residents with children in District 62 schools. The survey was designed to find out how much the public knows about year-round schooling and whether residents would send their children to such a school. The District 62 board recently approved a year-round schooling plan for the fall of 1997.
