BT Office Products International Inc. of Chicago bought three German and four U.S. office products distributors for a total of about $30 million. Insurer Pioneer Financial Services Inc. of Schaumburg is buying Secura Life Insurance Co. of Appleton, Wis., from Secura Insurance for $12.5 million. And North American Paper Co. of Berkeley, a paper packaging distributor, is buying OK Papers of Franklin Park for an undisclosed amount.
