A 10-year-old boy was charged with raping two younger children in his housing complex and may be charged with assaulting four others, police said Wednesday.
Detectives in Manchester, N.H., were looking into a total of six complaints of sexual assault by the boy, said Capt. Glenn Leidemer, head of the Police Department’s juvenile division.
Police would not release the ages of the boy’s alleged victims. However, mothers in the neighborhood estimated there may be as many as 10 victims who range in age from 4 to 13.
“He’s done everything there is to with my boy,” one mother said.
The mothers said their children were lured with Nintendo video games and ice cream and threatened with a knife. They also were threatened that they wouldn’t go to heaven if they told, the women said.
