Patricia S. Wargo, 36, of 518 Deerpath, McHenry, was arrested about 9:05 p.m. Saturday at Wilmot and Ringwood Roads and charged with improper lane usage, no insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol. Wargo was taken to McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond and was given an Oct. 1 court date.
