Theodore Giannopoulos, 38, of 604 Sheridan Rd., Wauconda, was charged with battery Tuesday when a 21-year-old dishwasher at the Continental Restaurant, 782 S. Buffalo Grove Rd., alleged that Giannopoulos, another employee, grabbed him around the neck and shoved him while demanding that the dishwasher work faster, police said. The dishwasher was bruised and scratched, police said.
