Two 20-year-old Indiana men were arrested Tuesday after police allegedly discovered a gun in their car, which was stopped in the 5000 block of West 158th Street for a traffic violation, according to reports. The driver, Jason Minnick, of Winamac, and the passenger, Jonathan E. Wyma, of 222 Park Ave., Judson, were charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a firearm without a firearm operator’s identification card. Minnick was also charged with traffic violations. Both are scheduled to appear in court Feb. 27.
