Charles J. Caner, 34, of 882 McPhee Drive, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving under the influence and having a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.10, police said. A Breathalyzer test allegedly showed the blood-alcohol content to be 0.17.
