Dorothy Ann Scaduto, 19, of 1648 S. Elm St., Des Plaines, was charged with retail theft for allegedly walking out of Dominick’s Finer Foods, 1042 S. Elmhurst Rd., without paying for six cartons of cigarettes she allegedly concealed in her clothing, police said Monday.
