Henry J. Ward, 74, of Chicago, and formerly of Harvard, died Friday at his residence in Lake Villa. He was an electrician for the U.S. government, working at Ft. Sheridan for 30 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Cecilia “Terry” Ward; one son, Jeffrey; and one granddaughter. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Saunders and McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard.
