Paul McCartney introduces a new guitarist on his upcoming album, “Flaming Pie.” James McCartney, 19, accompanies his father on acoustic guitar on the song “Somedays,” which was previewed at a Beatles fest in New Jersey recently. Reportedly, James is an accomplished guitarist, but his appearance on the album is more of a favor to his father rather than the start of a career like other Beatle sons Sean and Julian Lennon and Zack Starkey (offspring of Ringo Starr) who have pursued musical careers.
