About 4,000 pounds of stainless steel was reported stolen Saturday from a recycling bin at Eirich Machines Inc., 4033 Ryan Rd., in Gurnee. Videotape from a security camera shows two men loading a pickup truck with the steel on Saturday night, police reports said. Because it was dark at the time, the quality of the video was not sufficient to identify the truck or the suspects, reports said. The steel is valued at $1,500, reports said.
