The term “women’s work” has been taken out of context and shaped into art forms from ceramics to oil paintings during “Five Women, Five Different Looks,” an exhibit of works by Joyce Owens, Marva Jolly, Jill Parker Trotter, Geraldine McCullough and Felicia Grant Preston. An opening reception from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday gets things started. The exhibit runs through May 4 at the South Side Community Art Center, 3831 S. Michigan Ave. For more information, call 773-373-1026.
