Police said they charged a Chicago teenager with felony retail theft Friday after she left T.J. Maxx without paying for more than $1,000 worth of merchandise. Jolanta Kwiek, 17, filled several large pockets and left the store with $1,001.10 worth of clothing and merchandise, police said. She was stopped by store security.
