Schneider North America has promoted two executives at Square D, its wholly owned subsidiary in Palatine. Charles W. Denny becomes chairman and chief executive officer of Schneider North America, a newly created post. Denny had been president and CEO of Schneider North America and president and chief operating officer of Square D. Chris Richardson becomes president and COO of both Square D and Schneider North America, which specializes in electrical distribution, industrial control and automation devices.
