American Disposal Services Inc. completed the acquisition of two waste-collection services companies: Liberty Disposal Inc., a Johnston, R.I., full-service waste hauling and recycling business, and Christiansen’s Inc., a provider of residential and commercial collection services in Sandusky, Ohio. Financial terms were withheld. Burr Ridge-based American Disposal supplies solid waste collection, transfer and disposal services.
