Westchester-based Ameriking Corp. acquired 26 Burger King restaurants in the Raleigh-Durham and Fayetteville, N.C., markets, for about $42.2 million cash. The company said the acquisition includes five convenience-store gas stations which share common property with five of the restaurants. The 26 restaurants had combined revenues of $32.3 million in 1996.
