Larry E. Smith, 52, an employee of United Airlines, died Thursday in his home in Medinah. Mr. Smith was a longtime employee of United, where he worked as an operations representative. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn; a daughter, Donna; a son, Larry S.; his father, Larry D.; and his stepmother, Nadine Patterson. Visitation will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Geils Funeral Home, 180 S. York St., Bensenville. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
