Westmont-based Aftermarket Technology Corp. acquired Trans Mart Inc., a distributor of automatic and standard transmission parts and related drive-train components. Financial terms were withheld. The remanufacturer and distributor of drive-train products said it will finance the acquisition with proceeds from its revolving credit facility. Trans Mart services independent transmission shops with next-day delivery service from its main distribution center in Florence, Ala., and additional warehouse sites in five other states. It has annual sales of $37 million.
