Bridget Corcoran, 96, a native of Derrew, in County Mayo, Ireland, died Sunday in St. Francis Hospital in Evanston. She came to this country from Ireland in 1921 and lived in New York about two years. Later, she moved to Chicago, where she lived the rest of her life. Mrs. Corcoran was employed as domestic help, first in New York and later in Chicago. Survivors include two sons, Thomas J. and John P.; five daughters, Mary Trigsted, Catherine Sell, Margaret Langtim, Geraldine Trelka and Rita Joyce; a brother; two sisters; 27 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in M.J. Suerth Funeral Home, 6754 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago. Funeral mass will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Thecla Catholic Church, 6725 W. Devon Ave., Chicago.
