Shemontiel Nix, 22, of 6300 Church St., Hanover Park, was arrested just before 2 p.m. Saturday in the 11500 block of McConnell Road on a warrant held by the DuPage County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear, police said. They said Nix posted $375 bond and was given an Oct. 3 court date.
