Salim Karam, 82, an accountant, died Sunday in Resurrection Medical Center. Mr. Karam was a longtime resident of Chicago. he is survived by two daughters, Siham Ibrahim and Jeannette; four sons, Joseph, Nabil, Karam and Romio; and 17 grandchildren. mass will be said at 11 a.m. Sunday in Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church, 425 N. Hillside Ave., Hillside.
