Dorothy I. Eising, 85, of Woodstock, formerly of Chicago, died Saturday at Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Woodstock. Born in Winnipeg, she moved to Woodstock in 1990. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Woodstock. She is survived by one son, Ron; two daughters, Audrey Jackson and Joan Schanz; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and one sister. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Schneider-Leucht-Merwin and Cooney Funeral Home, 1211 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
