– Patricia E. Wells, 43, of 21 Gates St., was arrested Saturday after a two-car accident at U.S. Highway 14 and Illinois Highway 176 and charged with driving while under the influence, improper lane usage and failure to wear a seatbelt. Wells was released after she posted $100 bond and her driver’s license.
