Richard A. Mpistolarides, 39, of Lake Geneva, Wis., was arrested at about 10:25 p.m. Tuesday at U.S. Highway 12 and Sherwood Forest Drive and charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended, said police. Mpistolarides posted bond and was given an Oct. 28 court date.
